An effective all-around medium-sized wing blade, designed for optimum performance in surf ski racing and fitness paddling. The Accent Wing is also well-suited for high-performance touring by paddlers who like to use efficient strokes.
Wing blades are the most efficient shape for forward strokes. Many people claim they experience a 3-5% icnrease in boat speed by changing to a swing. Although they do allow you to paddle forward more effficiently, they are not as good as a traditionally shaped paddle for bracing.
- Shaft is built in an oval shape, making it stronger than shafts post-formed from round stock.
- Twist Tight locking mechanism lets you set your preferred feather angle. 0-90 degrees, left or right hand control.
